Delivery

Delivery times depend on where you live and where we send your purchase from.
You will be informed of your delivery time when you check out, before you pay for your order.

Normal delivery times are:  

Spain 1 working day,

Germany 2 working days for major cities up to 3 working days in smaller towns.

Other EU countries 3 to 4 working days.

Europe outside EU (include UK) 24-48 hours,
Remember you get 21% off our prices (Spanish VAT) but will pay your country's VAT on arrival to the delivery company (in UK it is 20%)

USA, Mexico, Canada: 3- 4 days to major cities, up to a week otherwise.

Rest of World: up to 30 days.

Our warehouse is open from 10am to 7pm and orders received after 3pm CET count as being received the following day. Orders are sent from our warehouse in Barcelona. 

Maximum delivery costs:

Depending where you live and how much you spend delivery costs will vary:

Spain 3.00€, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg 6.90€ rest of EU 14.90€. Free delivery in Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg with purchases over 39€. Free delivery in rest of EU with purchases over 150€. Tax free delivery with tax ID. You may need to pay import taxes additionally.

Europe outside EU from 29.00€ (includes UK) Worldwide except remote countries and islands 49€.

You will be sent a tracking number when we send your order.  

Returns 

For customers outside the EU:

  • No returns under any circumstances.

  • Re-importation costs make this unfeasible. This includes the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and the USA.

For customers within the EU:

  • No returns on sex toys, underwear, or any clothing that directly touches the skin.

  • Clothing must be returned in perfect condition—it must not have been worn or washed.

  • Refunds are only available if we receive your return within 14 days of delivery. This complies with Spanish law.

  • For returns received between 14 and 30 days, we will issue a store credit voucher.

Avoiding Problems with Returns

To minimize issues:

  • We will not ship multiple sizes. Instead, we’ll contact you to confirm your size and refund any extra items.

  • For leather items or products with an unusual fit, we’ll reach out to confirm your measurements.

  • It’s always a good idea to send us your relevant measurements (e.g., waist or chest). Be sure to measure yourself accurately, as sizes can often be different from what you expect.

Terms of Exchange

  • You are responsible for the cost of both returning the item and shipping the exchange. A second free delivery will not be provided.

  • Exchanges can also be made at one of our physical stores, but you must contact our online shop first.

  • If you plan to visit a physical store while on holiday, we can extend the 30-day return deadline if you notify us soon after your purchase.

Return/Exchange Process

Before sending any items back, please email us at online@boxerbcn.com with the details of your return or exchange request.

  • Include a printed copy of your email or mark your instructions clearly on the invoice.

  • For refunds, include your IBAN or email it to us separately.

Note: In some cases, we may require the return to be sent to our Barcelona address. If so, we will notify you in advance.

Credit Vouchers

  • Credit vouchers will be issued as a promo code for use on our website.

  • If you prefer to use the voucher in a physical store, please contact us in advance (it might be simpler to exchange the item directly in-store).

Refund Terms

  • For returned goods: Refunds are typically processed within 5 days of receiving the returned items. Legally, we are allowed up to 14 days, but we ask that you only inquire after 10 days, as staff holidays can cause delays. Once initiated, refunds take 1-2 business days to transfer.

  • For unavailable items or duplicate size orders: Refunds are prioritized and usually processed faster than 5 days, although bank holidays may cause slight delays.

  • Contact Information: online@boxerbcn.com in any language although we may use Chatgpt to reply. We do not offer phone support as our customers are worldwide. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response (Monday to Friday) as some queries may require input from a store or supplier and maybe you live in a different time zone.
